Recommendations for members of the League of Proper Villains, recent and not: Please feel free to RSVP 'Interested' on Facebook to any and all events that you might not have a chance to attend so that you will see details about the event. We suggest this because it gives you an opportunity to stay in touch with all of your Villain friends and stay abreast of what is happening at our events, even though sadly you might not be attending.

To RSVP to any of our events, check our Facebook page and RSVP on the events page, or write to events@sacvillains.com and tell us your name (real or Villain) and which event you plan to attend. Villains Rule at Clockwork Alchemy

For one glorious weekend, the temporal rifts tying San Jose, California, to a world that might have been, and indeed, to alternate worlds beyond, shall be opened for a grand meeting of minds and hearts. Join the adventure of Clockwork Alchemy at the San Jose DoubleTree Hotel during Memorial Day Weekend, May 27–30, 2016.

Clockwork Alchemy is the highlight event of our year. 'CA' is more than an invasion for the LOPV. From the Villains Secret Lair in the Art Room, we will be planning proper world domination, Penelope Dreadfulle will be signing books and penning the latest scandals in the offices of the Blackfriars Courant in Authors Alley, Mistress Teathyme will be directing visitors at the info desk, the ambassador will be roaming the halls and creating alliances with other organizations, Dr. Blackheart and the brilliant Ms. Clara will be overseeing the art room, and Madame Evilove will be recruiting new cabana boys. In short, we will have our tentacles entwining many areas of the gathering. Join this event and watch this page for special Villain news and updates. We will be posting extra sign-up events for volunteers to help us with our diabolical plans and enlighten the patrons of the convention on the joys and benefits of proper villainy. There are rewards for volunteering!

In addition, our own Dr. Blackheart has taken over the Artists Gallery at Clockwork Alchemy and has a message for all steampunk artists: "My aim is for a truly immersive environment to show off YOUR talents as an artist! The Arts of Steampunk is all about personal creativity. We innovate, we re-purpose, we give life to the otherwise drab and mundane surroundings of our lives. To become part of this legendary display, submit an application at the link below. Submissions must be received by April 30, and remember, all weaponry must be non-fire able and all doomsday devices must be disabled."

Wed 13th - 6th Anniversary of The League of Proper Villains - Mini Golf and Dinner

Location : Monster Mini Golf and the Old Spaghetti Factory - Rancho Cordova, Golf at 6:00 - Dinner at 7:00

This year we're departing from our history of having this event be a pool party and taking it indoors (the pool was taken over by The Kraken and he's not yet convinced to give it up), so we will convene in the dark black-lit recesses of the 'Monster Mini Golf' in Rancho Cordova off Hazel Ave. We will then make our way to the Old Spaghetti Factory next door. There we shall regale our fellow villains with tales of past conquests of the League, and plot (as always) our plans for future world domination. Since this IS our Anniversary, there must be gifts! Those attending, if they have been loyal members, will receive a reward for their loyalty. Will YOU make the grade, or shall we feed you to the Kraken?

12401 Folsom Blvd (in the Nimbus Winery, next to The Old Spaghetti Factory) Rancho Cordova, CA

http://www.monsterminigolf.com/rancho-cordova/

We shall invade the golf course for Weird Wednesday, which is 18 holes of mini golf for a mere $6.00 per person, and dine afterward at the Spaghetti Factory. Bring your best putting skills and your appetite!
